Hi I have just found out I have two cyst one in each kidney diverculotus and gallstones I'm in such pain I just feel like there's something else wrong every morning I wake up I feel like I can't do anything that's not me is this how I should be feeling from these things that's wrong I have no energy I'm on adderall but just forget it not helping any more not at all
