Hi I Have Just Got My Cbc Results Back From

Hi I have just got my cbc results back from my gp saying they are normal,
These tests where done as I have what the dr told me are petechiae.
I have some randomly around my body on my arms legs and a few on my breast which are particularly large and very red (these are what made me go to my gp) I have also noticed a few
On the palms in my hands.
What I want to know is do I just leave it at that with my Cbc test being normal or do I go back to see my gp for more answers???
