Hi, I Have Just Had A Sickness And Diarrhoea (started

Hi, I have just had a sickness and diarrhoea (started sunday 3rd Jan around 6am finished being sick at around 9.30am) I Have just undressed to shower and i've found a rash on both sides of my torso and on the middle of my stomach i have 12ish little purple pin prick marks (which could be pinch mark) but i've only just noticed them. Could it be viral? I don't feel unwell now. I'am on iron tablets for low iron, thats all i take.
