Hi, I Have Just Lost A Job Before Even Starting

Hi, I have just lost a job before even starting based on the fact of a scar in the lungs but no TB past or present. So I gather it may be IPF. Trying to find alternate ways. Have already started on juices and raw foods and some soups any advise will be welcome
