Hi I Have Just Measured My BP On A Home

Hi I have just measured my BP on a home wrist monitor in the morning and it was 136/87. Repeated the process at 12 noon and it came up 111/85. I am a 22 year old, athletic, south asian male. My question was should I be drastically worried about these results or give it some time and try improve my diet and lifestyle. I exercise regularly.
