Hi, I Have Just Realized That I Have Two Bumps

Hi, I have just realized that I have two bumps on the back of my neck and one on my arm. They are bright red, about a centimeter in diameter. It is standing about a millimeter from my neck and is flat on the top. It is hard on the top but I can move it along with my skin! Please help, my dad only noticed them an hour ago!
