Hi! I Have Just Recently (past Few Days) Been Experiences

Hi! I have just recently (past few days) been experiences a bunch of small white-ish bumps all over my forehead and my skin on my forehead is red-ish. I just started to use a different makeup for my face (concealer) and I'm thinking it may be because of that but I have also been looking into something called closed comedones, and I wonder if this could also be a possibility? I'm a 17 year old girl who very, very rarely gets pimples or any form of acne so this is quite unusual for me. Please let me know!
