Hi, I Have Just Recently Started Taking The Birth Control

Hi, I have just recently started taking the birth control pill Lolo three months ago. I started taking it because I began having fairly long periods of about a week and a half to two weeks. However, now I only spot for a day at the end of each pack. I'm worried that not getting my period will affect my fertility in the future? I also suffer from hair loss. This has unfortunately seemed to have gotten worse this month and I'm not sure if there is a connection to this birth control?
