Hi, I Have Just Started On Actonel Combi For Osteoporosis

Hi, I have just started on Actonel Combi for osteoporosis through my doctor and my acupuncturist has put me on Metagenics Calcitite Osteo with equivalent calcium 250 mg. and wondering if ok.
I also have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and on Isoptin. I take Zelitrex daily t the moment to prevent Herpes outbreak on back. Feel bit concerned if all go together. Have been reading about Actonel and not happy really about taking it but my levels have plummeted as was on Evista for few years. The first time 2 yrs. ago i tried Actonel i had a headache and have tried again on 2nd week now. Feel okay but lethargic this morning and achy and stiff. Suzie thankyou
