Hi, I Have (left) Ear Infection Since 2 Months. And

Hi,
I have (left) ear infection since 2 months. And I have gone to wisdom teeth removal in the early month when I got the infection.
Just few days back I got ear pain, went to a docton, took course contains antibiotics, pain killers, ear drops. Some what better relieved.
Now today morning when I removed cotton from the ear I noticed blood spot on the cotton. I am nervous about it.
Is that very serious, I am scaring.
Pls help me in this regard.
