Hi, I Have Left Lower Lung Collapse And Some Problems

Hi, I have left lower lung collapse and some problems middle right lung. Cause not known but PCR for TB is negative. My doctor called it old fibrosis. I took rimataczid for 9 months and no changes. Again Targo levoflacilin but no improvement. Another doctor was suggesting bronschopy or operation of collapse part of lungs. CT scan shows inflammatory and progressive of the disease. Please advice of best alternative and affordable hospital in India.
