Hi, I Have Left Side Fluttering Under My Rib Cage

Hi, I have left side fluttering under my rib cage feeling all day with growling/ gurgling sounds, burning upper sensation x 1month, burning sensation not all day. I also only have small loose yellow bowl movement throughout the day. I am losing appetite, my tongue is white. Also I feel fatigue on and off through out the day. Feeling joint and muscle pain, I feel it on my fingers too like tingling. Can this be food poising.
