I have lived in on the Alaska Trundra for the past three and a half years. Being a school Superintendent. Before that Nebraska. This winter I have developed an itch on my arms and legs. No rash but skin does get hot and red. I have been on some new prescription medicine for one year. Have been putting cream on it helps for a little while.
