Hi, I Have Lost My Feeling/urgency In Bladder, Bowel And

Hi, I have lost my feeling/urgency in bladder, bowel and completely lost appetite at same time. (I go to bathroom several times a day, unable to tell how much urine is in bladder. Still having bms, also no urgency) Coincidentally, this happened the day after a strenuous exercise class. Do you know if any reason why this would happen? Thank you for your help.
