Hi, I Have Lots Of Tiny Pusless Bumps On My

Hi, I have lots of tiny pusless bumps on my face. These are not itchy nor painful. The colour of the bump is skin colour. After taking azithromycin all bumps clear from my face within a week. It does not leave any scar. I feel that I get more bumps whenever I go out. Early morning I feel that there are less visible bumps as compared to evening. I have also tried betnovate c it relieves the symptoms for few days and again bumps come back. Clindomycin don't work for me, whereas nadioflaxcin works by drying out all the bump.
