Hi I Have Lots Of Tiny Thread/spider Veins On My

Hi I have lots of tiny thread/spider veins on my breasts due to pregnancies and weight gain also lots of old stretch marks. Tonight I noticed a slight dimple which felt like a hole with a very thin almost like a guitar string under the skin which are felt runs from in my nipple area into back of chest it's not painful or particularly hard and was the same width the whole length of it just like a piece of string. I have checked both breasts and can't find anymore in either of them should I be worried ? Thank you
