Hi I Have Lots Of White Streamers In My Urine,

Hi I have lots of white streamers in my urine, a horrible stabbing pain in my left back where my kidney should be, more night urination. The pain started a few days ago, seemed to stop a bit, last night I drank a good bit of alcohol and today if I move, cough, breath deep it's very painful. No fever, no chills, slight nausea.
