Hi. I Have Lumps In My Stomach. They Are Under

Hi. I have lumps in my stomach. They are under the skin. I can feel them if i press my finger in. I am a 16 year old female. I can also feel 2 bumps below my collar bone(not inside my collar bone but right under it) one on the left and one on the right. I can feel two lumps on my lower back by my back dimples and theres 1 on the left n 1 on the right. I can also feel one lump under my left rib on the side and one lump under my right rib on the side. I dont know if this is because of punching my stomach. It hurts only when i press it too hard and my stomach is sore from me punching it too much. I also have a lot of constipation. I feel sharpness when my poo first comes out.
