Hi, I have lupus and so does my mum. I know that having this disease your kidneys do not filter magnesium, potassium and other vital minerals to keep your organs healthy we just reject them. Is it worth taking extra magnesium etc to prevent starving our organs of vital minerials to stay healthy or will the disease take over?
