Hi. I have major depression. It has debilitated me to the point that I cannot even take career of my own children. I have 4 and they all are having to stay at my mom's right now. I have pretty much tried every medication.right now I am on Brintellix 20mg. 2nd thing is I literally cannot get up. I sleep so much.I feel like I cannot take career of myself.Just the thought of taking a shower, for example is overwhelming and to much work for me. I can't keep living like this. My psychiatrist not much help. What can i do? Are there any other specialists I should see.am ia candidate for ect possibly. Any direction you could provide would be most appreciated.I've done the being patient thing.This is going almost on 2 years like this.
