Hi , I Have Met With An Accident While Jumping

Hi , I have met with an accident while jumping last week and my right knee pcl have grade 3 tear and ACL have high grade tear as per the MRI report. All ortho doctors suggested for surgery. But one ayurvedic doctors says that we don't want to do surgery.and he gave some medicines and suggested rest in the first phase. Is it curable by ayurvedic treatment? I am only 24 years old. Please suggest.
