Hi I Have Multiple Small Lump Which Seems Movable Under

Hi I have multiple small lump which seems movable under my skin. It has been there since more than 2 months back and at first I took it lightly but now it seems to pain and number of lumps seems to be more. Not sure what is this. Can you please help me understand the possible scenario
