Hi, I Have Multiple Symptoms For A Month Now.. They

Hi, I have multiple symptoms for a month now.. they keep adding up. My big concern right now us that any time I try to eat/drink my gut wrenches. I've tried upping my fibre etc but the pain prevents me from being able to eat properly. I am 38, female, and am in good health aside from a sponge kidney.
