Hi I Have My Periods 2 Times In One Month

Hi I have my periods 2 times in one month first period on may1st and 2nd period on May 18th .doctor pricribed me to take regestrone 5mg for 20 days in mng and evening and 7 days for mng only .last week I have unprotected intercourst with my hubby is there is any chance of pregnancy (am trying to conceive) I skipped some doses in evening . if am pregnant is thr any risk in pregnancy plz sujjest I have taken 20 table in 20 days. should I continue regestrone or stop... plz help me
