Hi, I Have Not Felt Good Do A While. I

Hi, I have not felt good do a while. I had the virus for 12 days and my medication for prevention of Migraines prolonged my illness. I was taking Topomax for a preventative for Chronic Migraines. I stopped taking this medication this past Sunday. My doctor said I didn't have to wean because I was on a low dose. Could I be having with draw symptom of the medication? I just vomitted this evening. Could this medication still be in my system.
