Hi , I Have Not Had My Periods Since 2

Hi ,
I have not had my periods since 2 months. Last month , I had periods like just some drops and it was like spotting. I took medicines for delaying my periods during my wedding time and once I stopped taking the tablet, I got my periods. However , I have not got a healthy period after this. I have taken home pregnancy tests and they are negative. Can you please recommend any tablets that I can take which can induce a healthy period ?
