Hi, I Have Notice That Inside My Right Cheek Seem

Hi, I have notice that inside my right cheek seem lumpy and thicker. I recently started vaping instead of smoking, I wondered if that could cause such. Also closer to lip is a white substance, that can be slightly wiped off with a q tip. also inside mouth.
