Hi, I Have Noticed After Taking A Hair Tie Off

Hi, I have noticed after taking a hair tie off my wrist or my little half socks off after a day at work, I have been left with raised bumps and lines looking like I've been bitten but in the shape of the edge of the band or sock. They go down after a while but this morning I have big red itchy bumps on my wrist, not in any shape of anything.
