Hi. I Have Noticed That When I Shower Or I

Hi. I have noticed that when I shower or I am bent over form more than a few seconds that I feel nauseous and sometimes vomit. This has been going on for over month now. I am having severe hip problems and I am going to have a hip replacement done. I am not taking narcotics, and only a little bit of anti inflammatory. I am not sure any of that is relevant, I am just throwing it out there.
