Hi, I Have Numbness In My Right Foot, Like My

Hi, I have numbness in my right foot, like my foot falls asleep, usually after sitting with my legs crossed at lot (right leg crossed over left). I work in an office environment, wear heels everyday and sit a lot. My right calf muscle also feels tight sometimes. What could this be?
