Hi, I Have Only Tried Cocaine Once And I Did

Hi, I have only tried cocaine once and I did it for two days straight. My nose now has a sore on the inside of it, my gums right under my nostril are swollen and hurting as well. Is this something common in people who use cocaine? Will the sore go away on its own, or is there something I can do to help it heal and go away? I appreciate any advice or help I can get.
