Hi, I Have Pain In Left Side Under The Ribs

Hi, I have pain in left side under the ribs closer to the center of the chest. I did CT Scan. It didn't show anything. Endoscopy showed hiatus hernia and inflammation. I took medicine 3 months but pain still there even worse. I checked heart . It looks normal. Sometimes I feel numbness in my left hand and dizziness (looks like heart attack for me) but heart is normal. Wha could it be?
