Hi, I have pain in my bilateral groin area. I am an ultrasound tech at Kaiser and did my own ultrasound. I saw bilateral irregular lymph nodes with no fatty hilum. The AP measurement is 8mm. The length are all under 2 cm. I don't thinks this applies but I have had intermittant pain in my hips for a couple months.
