Hi I Have Pain In My Feet And Legs As

Hi I have pain in my feet and legs as well as my hands it is so severe I feel like an old woman. I'm only 32. Please help. I also have vitamin deficiencies b12 d calcium and iron and the levels are not raising I take vitamins daily eat loads of veggies drink greens plus nothing is helping. I feel like it's in my bones I feel like I have the flu (you know the ache in your body) it's worse when I first stand on feet pain in bottoms of feet radiating into legs . And I'm so tired all the time I can't keep up with others due to the lain I am in.
