Hi I Have Pain In My Lower Abodomen Right Hand

Hi I have pain in my lower abodomen right hand side,feel pressure in my back passage,feel I need to go for a poo because of the pressure. Felt like this for nearly 2day. I have taken a laxative e last night which has made me go toilet quite a lot today,very loose. But still feel pressure in back passage and still feel the need to go to the toilet,for nothing to happen. Still have pain in lower abdomen. Please help
