Hi, I Have Pain In My Trachea But Only To

Hi, I have pain in my trachea but only to the touch and when I stretch out my neck. I do not have a sore throat or have trouble breathing. It's only painful when I move my neck or if I touch the spot. No brushing is seen. Not sure what caused it. I do have a spider bite on my neck just right to the painful spot and they seemed to occur around the same time. Not sure if that could be a reason. The spider bite is red and has a small dot from the bite and a bit of clear pus has come out of it. It no longer itches though.
