Hi. I Have Pain In The Left Side Of My

Hi. I have pain in the left side of my neck, accompanied by a headache and some discomfort in my left shoulder right below the neck. It is worse when i take abreath inward. there is also a small pull in my chest when I breathe. It hurts to look at something also.
