Hi, I Have Pain Inside The Bottom Of My Foot.

Hi,
I have pain inside the bottom of my foot.
The pain is like having a bruise inside. Nothing is visible outside on the skin.
Sometimes the pain fades away, then comes back and radiates to my leg. Can this be something serious?
I have stiffness in my knee of the same leg (I have some arthritis)
