Hi I Have Pain That Surrounds My Right Breast And

Hi I have pain that surrounds my right breast and extends through my ribs and to the right side of my back. I do not have a gallbladder... I did notice that the paints worse after I eat though. Wondering what it could be. I went to an urgent care place yesterday the dr said to "wait and watch" did a chest X-ray which came up clean. Pain started on Saturday night in my chest and the past few days has gotten worse and spread through my ribs shoulder and to my back all on the right side. I woke up last night soaked in sweat and had a fever this morning. Any ideas?
