Hi, I Have Pain With Very Still Neck Especially On

Hi, I have pain with very still neck especially on my vertebrae and pain between my shoulder blades. I also feel like my head is a bobble head and it will fall off. If I move a certain way in bed there is sharp pain. I cannot sleep with a pillow. 2 nights of uneasy sleep and wake up extra stiff.
