Hi! I Have Painful Lymph Nodes And It Hurts To

Hi! I have painful lymph nodes and it hurts to turn my head to both sides but not uo and down. I've also experience nausea a lot and always out of no where, itchy skin and am always exausted no matter how much I sleep. It making everyday life a struggle. What does it sound like?
