Hi, I Have Painful White Bumps On The End (a

Hi, I have painful white bumps on the end (a few on sides and top sides) of tongue. They are not milky just look like enlarged taste buds that are white and painful. Salty and sweet foods make them worse, Some redness that looks like a mild burn. What will relieve pain and speed recovery/get rid of them?
