Hi, I Have Palm Psoriasis, And Dermatologist Presribed Derobin, Sorvate

Hi,
I have palm psoriasis, and dermatologist presribed Derobin, Sorvate and Topisal 6% . On furthur study, i found all 3 is for Psoriasis but no-one mention to use all 3 together.
Please suggest if taking all 3 together improve or worsen the situation.
