Hi I have pulled muscle and trapped nerves in left shoulder and arm causing pain in chest wen press on it. Numbness in left leg and right finger and lightheadedness when brisk walking last night. Should I worry it's heart problem. Ecg chest X Ray and bloods came back normal as had palpitations last week with it
