Hi , I Have Rashes On My Vagina And Its

I have rashes on my vagina and its surroundings which is causing itching and I feel the part has become so sensitive and if I itch skin is torn and rashes occur slightly blooded I have gone for cluture test and they specified I have infection and I am on medication but ts been month but nthing improved after the course completed now I m back to the same itching. Kindly suggest if it s something related to cancer cervical
