Hi I Have Reaccuring Red Spots On The Head Around

Hi I have reaccuring red spots on the head around urethra and also sometimes appear underneath the glands on he foreskin they are painless no discharge and no itching also after masterbation or sex my glans can look very red could you give me some advise as im stuck at work and cannot get it checked untill another weeks time
