Hi I Have Really Bad Tooth Pain That Goes Up

Hi I have really bad tooth pain that goes up into my jaw and head. I have notice one of my teeth has turned black with hole in the gum. The only thing that helps this pain is cold water in my mouth it last for a min then I got to do it again and again. I just tried clove oil but that didn't help and painkillers not touching it. Anything else I can try? I need to get some sleep.
