Hi, I Have Recently Been Diagnosed With Thorocal Myelities At

Hi,

I have recently been diagnosed with thorocal myelities at TH 11 level on the right side. It was around one moth ago. I have also prolapses on the ledt side - the big one at level TH 7-8 and two small once at level TH 10-11 and TH 11-12. I had a paresis on the right leg and hip, incomolete, mostly in the knee and above. I received solu medrol and gor much better, I still have some paresis in my right leg espessiely in the knee but its maybe 20% of what it was. I had a baby forur months ago, traumatic prolonged labor with episiotomi and vacuum. They stuck an epidural 3 times - 2 first times wrong. I habe just gotten pregnant again even though we were very carefull and I cannpt risk complicatioms so I have decides to have an abortion. I will have it innweek 5+ - medical. Is it safe for me? I red that uterine cintractions can cause autoimune dysreglexia and I am very scared. Should i do it or should I rather make them operate inside the uterus to avoid contractions?
