Hi, I Have Recently Been Having Night Sweats To The

Hi, I have recently been having night sweats to the point of souring. I also have been having a low grade fever (99.5-100.5) but only at night. Chest pressure (feeling like lack of air), right side chest pain, fatigue, rippled fingernails, wrinkled finger pads, loss of appetite, rash, severe itching and my blood pressure has been running low. I can't sleep on my back because the chest pain is so bad. Besides having Bipolar and Fibro I have always been extremely healthy so I am confused by the seemingly random ailments. Any ideas? Thanks
