Hi I have recently been having regular unprotected sex with a girl i think after the first or second time I noticed red testicles no pain no itch then the skin went dry and flakey . I put a moisturiser on (optiderm) that cleared the flakeyness and now my scrotum is still red and has a plastic shiny sort of texture it seems to be clearing itself up should I be worried .during sex there is a lot of skin on skin as in back and forth which was stretching and rubbing on my scrotum which was a little uncomfortable but she controlled that I guess the redness has been about a week now we have been seeing each other for a month she is also very reluctant for me to have the lights on or go down there for oral so I haven't been able to get a good look yet
